1. مقدمة

مرحبًا بك في مدير الشبكة، تطبيق لفحص وإدارة شبكة Wi‑Fi المحلية التي تملكها أو تديرها على أجهزة iPhone. هذه السياسة تخص نسخة iOS تحديدًا وتشرح البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وكيف.

2. مبدأ الخصوصية أولًا

يعمل التطبيق بالكامل تقريبًا محليًا على جهازك. لا يوجد خادم خلفي خاص بنا يجمع بياناتك أو يخزّنها أو يبيعها. الفحص لا يبدأ إلا بعد ضغطك على زر الفحص وموافقتك على إذن الشبكة المحلية (Local Network) الذي يطلبه iOS.

أ. اكتشاف الأجهزة على شبكتك المحلية

• يستخدم التطبيق فحص منافذ TCP الشائعة، وBonjour، وSSDP/UPnP، وONVIF/WS-Discovery للتعرف على الأجهزة والكاميرات والراوترات ضمن نطاق شبكتك المحلية فقط (حول عنوان iPhone، مثل نطاق ‎/24).
• لا يفحص التطبيق أي عناوين إنترنت عامة، ولا يسمح بإدخال نطاق خارجي.
• لا يقوم التطبيق بأي محاولات لكلمات مرور أو تسجيل دخول تلقائي إلى الراوترات أو الكاميرات؛ فتح واجهة أي جهاز يتم فقط عبر عنوانه المحلي وبإجراء صريح منك.
• جميع نتائج الفحص، وأسماء الأجهزة المخصصة، وحالة الثقة، والسجل تُخزَّن محليًا فقط على جهازك باستخدام تخزين نظام iOS القياسي، ولا تُرفع إلى أي خادم.

ب. إذن الموقع الجغرافي

يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع (When In Use) فقط لأن نظام iOS يشترط ذلك لقراءة اسم شبكة Wi‑Fi (SSID) المتصل بها جهازك. لا يتم حفظ إحداثيات موقعك الجغرافي أو إرسالها إلى أي جهة، ويمكنك استخدام معظم ميزات التطبيق دون منح هذا الإذن.

ج. الإشعارات

الإشعارات المحلية اختيارية وتُستخدم لتنبيهك عند اكتشاف جهاز أو كاميرا جديدة أو ارتفاع مستوى الخطورة. تُنشأ هذه الإشعارات على جهازك مباشرة ولا ترتبط بخادم دفع خارجي.

3. خدمات خارجية محدودة تتصل بها ميزات معينة

عدد قليل جدًا من الميزات يحتاج اتصالًا بالإنترنت خارج شبكتك المحلية:

• اختبار سرعة الإنترنت: يتصل بخادم speed.cloudflare.com لقياس سرعتي التنزيل والرفع ووقت الاستجابة، وهو نفس الخادم الذي تستخدمه أداة Cloudflare العامة لاختبار السرعة.
• معلومات مزوّد الخدمة: يتصل بـ ipwho.is لعرض عنوان IP العام ومزود الخدمة التقريبي. لا يرسل التطبيق أي معرّف شخصي إضافي مع هذا الطلب.
• فحص الاتصال بالإنترنت: يستخدم عنوان Apple الرسمي captive.apple.com، وهو نفس الفحص القياسي الذي يجريه نظام iOS نفسه للتأكد من وجود اتصال إنترنت فعلي.

لا يستخدم التطبيق أي أدوات تحليلات استخدام (Analytics)، ولا تتبع إعلاني، ولا مكتبات تعقّب طرف ثالث، ولا يعرض إعلانات.

4. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. أي مشاركة لنتائج الفحص أو التقارير تتم فقط بإجراء صريح منك (مثل زر "مشاركة").

5. أمان البيانات

البيانات المخزَّنة على جهازك محمية بآليات نظام iOS القياسية. حذف التطبيق من جهازك يحذف جميع البيانات المخزَّنة محليًا نهائيًا.

6. خصوصية الأطفال

لا يستهدف التطبيق مستخدمين دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا يجمع بياناتهم عن علم.

7. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر ليعكس أي تغيير فعلي في سلوك التطبيق. ننصحك بمراجعتها بشكل دوري.

Privacy Policy for Network Manager (iOS)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Network Manager, an iPhone app for scanning and managing the local Wi‑Fi network you own or administer. This policy covers the iOS version specifically and explains what data the app handles and how.

2. Privacy-First Design

The app runs almost entirely locally on your device. We do not operate a backend server that collects, stores, or sells your data. Scanning only starts after you tap the scan button and grant the Local Network permission requested by iOS.

A. Discovering Devices on Your Local Network

• The app uses common TCP port scanning, Bonjour, SSDP/UPnP, and ONVIF/WS-Discovery to identify devices, cameras, and routers within your local network only (around your iPhone's address range, e.g. a /24 subnet).
• The app never scans public internet addresses and does not allow entering an external range.
• The app never attempts passwords or automatic login to routers or cameras; opening a device's web interface only happens via its local address and with your explicit action.
• All scan results, custom device names, trust status, and history are stored locally only on your device using standard iOS storage, and are never uploaded to a server.

B. Location Permission

The app requests When-In-Use location permission solely because iOS requires it to read the connected Wi‑Fi network name (SSID). Your location coordinates are never stored or transmitted, and most app features work without granting this permission.

C. Notifications

Local notifications are optional and alert you when a new device or camera is discovered, or when a risk level increases. These are generated on-device and are not tied to any external push service.

3. Limited External Services Used by Specific Features

A very small set of features requires connecting outside your local network:

• Internet speed test: connects to speed.cloudflare.com to measure download/upload speed and latency — the same public endpoint used by Cloudflare's own speed test.
• ISP information: connects to ipwho.is to display your public IP address and approximate internet provider. No additional personal identifier is sent with this request.
• Internet connectivity check: uses Apple's own captive.apple.com endpoint, the same standard check performed by iOS itself.

The app does not use any usage-analytics SDK, advertising tracking, third-party tracking libraries, and does not show ads.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Any sharing of scan results or reports only happens through your explicit action (e.g. a "Share" button).

5. Data Security

Data stored on your device is protected by standard iOS storage mechanisms. Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

The app does not target users under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect actual changes in app behavior. Please review it periodically.
